I possessed a burning desire since my school days to start a ministry to reach out to the vast of tribals of Andhra Pradesh. The same took off in a small way back in the year 1983, when along with other school mates I took mobile teams out to win their hearts and gradually win them over to the side of Christ and train them to undertake Lord’s service. Thus, a small and significant step led to the start of Calvary Commission India.
I along with my wife Ileeni Yashoda, developed a large outreach program that now has a three-fold ministry to establish a Bible School. Then in 1985, with the encouragement and support of Dr Graham Houghton the Principal of SAICS, I established Calvary Commission India as an Institute of Evangelism to train young people in the art of winning over as many souls as possible towards the service of Jesus Christ and establish new churches.
